Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Ministry of Sight sells reading glasses and accessories as one-time purchases. We do not currently offer subscription-based products or recurring purchase plans.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at ahoy@ministryofsight.com.au.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch where possible. Once an order has been dispatched, our 30-Day Returns & Exchanges Policy applies.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
