Refund policy

We want you to love your new Ministry of Sight reading glasses. 

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, our Love or Full Refund promise gives you 30 days to return or exchange your reading glasses, subject to the conditions below.

30-Day Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible under our change-of-mind returns policy, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original packaging

  • Returned with all original tags attached, where applicable

How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange, please email ahoy@ministryofsight.com.au within 30 days of purchase.

We'll provide instructions on how and where to return your items.

Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as we may be unable to process an unauthorised return.

Free Returns Within Australia

Changed your mind? No problem.

We cover the cost of return postage for eligible returns and exchanges within Australia.

Simply contact us at ahoy@ministryofsight.com.au within 30 days of purchase, and we'll provide a prepaid Australia Post return label and instructions.

There's no need to arrange or pay for return shipping yourself.

Our free returns offer is subject to the eligibility conditions outlined above and does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your reading glasses or accessories are damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us at ahoy@ministryofsight.com.au so we can help resolve the issue.

Our voluntary 30-day returns policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees. These rights apply regardless of our 30-day returns period.

Exchanges

Changed your mind about your frame style, colour or lens strength?

We're happy to arrange an exchange for eligible items when requested within 30 days of purchase.

Please contact us before returning your order so we can assist with your exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind.

This does not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact ahoy@ministryofsight.com.au.
