30-Day Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your glasses, no questions asked.

Conditions for Returns

Returned items must be:

  • unworn and unused
  • in their original packaging
  • returned with all tags still attached.

Please note that gift cards are non-returnable.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Just reach out to us at ahoy@ministryofsight.com.au and we'll take care of the rest. We'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please don't send items back without contacting us first - we won't be able to accept them.
Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little extra time to post it.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't seen your refund, please get in touch at ahoy@ministryofsight.com.au.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Got something that's not quite right? Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered. We'll make it right. Email us at ahoy@ministryofsight.com.au.

Exchanges

Want a different frame style or strength? No worries — we're always happy to exchange. Just let us know within 30 days of purchase and we'll sort it out for you.
