We get it, it can be tricky choosing frames online. We want you to love your new frames, but if the reading glasses you choose aren't quite right don't worry. Every order is backed by our love them or return them guarantee.

Any issues with your purchase, just send us an email at ahoy@ministryofsight.com.au, and pop them back in the post to us in the original packaging. We'll either give you a full refund or exchange for a different pair - up to you.

Just make sure you initiate any return or exchange within 30 days.
